Latest Obsession: Scarves

I just recently watched Factory Girl and adored the costuming in the entire film. I am a bit obsessed with things like Andy Warhol, Marilyn Monroe, and the likes. (you know, the usual kind of stuff). But Edie really got my attention. She was so beautiful. I thought Sienna miller did an excellent job both looking like and acting the part.

...not like Gaga, but at least a dedicated trek to find the perfect layering pieces. I need tops/sweaters that can be dual-purposed for work and play. Here's what I've found so far:

I am so excited about new face washes/moisturizers/shampoos/mascaras and the likes. Call me weird, but I love to try new beauty products. It makes me feel, well, girly. I have recently been on a hunt to find the perfect facial cleanser and pore de-clogger. I have not had good luck with the Mark Lees facial cleanser (I thought he was my new best friend, but after not clearing up blemishes and leaving a film on my skin after washing, I have decided to abandon his friendship). Needless to say, I am hunting for my new bestie---I am on week 1 of Neutrogena Complete Acne Therapy System (thanks to a fellow blogger's post). I will keep watching my face progress, as the package indicates after the first 2 weeks there should see results. (And it boasts to be better than Proactiv, which I've never tried). We'll see. I'm not afraid to dump it for the next hot thing that comes along....

And as for de-clogging, Mark Lees' facial scrub is still a possibility for best scrub. I just haven't fallen in love with it yet, but then again, I'm sure I could fall in love with a scrub....*sigh*

Epaulet Dress

This dress is perfect for a night out--who doesn't need a dress with an Epaulet?! Not sure I would pair with these shoes. I am thinking more along the lines of a black, peep-toe pump.

I was digging around and found my very first, favorite watch I ever owned. It was originally all white, but I decided to add some creative flare and add the yellow/pink wristband and hot pink guard. Yes, it was my prized possession back in the day. I can say that its replacement is just as sweet. <3
(Don't lie, you know you had one of the original Swatch Watches).
